Sunnystep was founded in 2019 with a clear mission: to empower people to move freely and happily, starting with the most comfortable and stylish walking shoes. For our founder, Ting, this journey was deeply personal. After a traumatic postpartum spine injury changed the way she walked, stood, and sat, she endured years of excruciating pain—an experience that reshaped her perspective on life. It taught her the profound importance of a healthy body, the foundation for pursuing our passions and cherishing those we love.
Unable to find shoes that met her need for both comfort and style, Ting decided to create her own. She turned her pain into purpose, immersing herself in the science of foot health and design. Her goal was clear: to craft shoes that spread the joy of movement.

Our proprietary insole technology provides stable arch support that stays resilient over time, unlike traditional memory foam. We’ve also pioneered acupressure massage points on our insoles to gently relieve muscle tension throughout the day. With velvet padding for a smooth, blister-free experience from day one, our shoes are designed for durability, lightweight comfort, and long-lasting support.
